Moving on…

October 23, 2008

Like what the title says, I’ve finally moved on.

From Calliope, I’ve now transferred to Wordpress. Why? Simple really. Calliope is a handy blog, I feel the need to say that, but Wordpress seems to have more features and it has this charisma that overpowered my need to stay with the former. Not to fret though. I may have stopped using the Calliope version of © Jofer Serapio but I did not delete it. I didn’t know how to and I could probably just leave it stagnant just in case my Wordpress account blows up in my face. Call it insurance.

Every post I had on the Calliope (i.ph) version has now been moved to the Wordpress version. I will keep the Calliope account, for reasons stated beforehand, but I won’t be active with it. Simply put, I’m not going to post anything on the Calliope version from this point on. This isn’t really a big deal for all of you, or for me, but some people *coughSTALKERScough* wanted to be updated on the issue.

I’ve also informed, implied in some case, people from deviantART, Writerscafe and Multiply of my recent move. I’ve been think of scrapping my deviantART and Multiply accounts for a long time now but the need is not that strong. deviantART has not been really helpful with my writing and my lover superior, Mel, proved her point when she said she wasn’t an SNS (Social Networking Site) person. I’m thinking of maybe sticking with just Writerscafe, since it holds almost all of my works, and this Wordpress blog, since it’ll be where I’ll keep most of my thoughts, including the strays and the insane ones.

Since I’m lazy, I’m going to crosspost this on my Multiply account, on my early deviantART journal entry (since I mostly post there on Fridays), as a group message to the Writerscafe people, and as a last active post on the Calliope version.

In case you get lost, © Jofer Serapio
